Your Journey With Me

Initial Consultation (45 minutes)

We start with deep listening.

This isn't a rushed intake. This is sacred space to share your story - what brought you here, what's not working in your body, what you're longing for.

I want to know:

  • How you're sleeping (or not)

  • How stress lives in your body

  • Where you are in your cycle (if you menstruate)

  • Your relationship with your womb space

  • What "thriving" would feel like for you

Then we assess.

  • Digital posture screening (seeing how your body adapts to stress)

  • Spinal and nervous system evaluation

  • HRV testing (objective nervous system state)

  • Movement patterns and tissue quality

  • Cycle awareness (where you are, how connected you feel)

Your first adjustment is included. We begin the work of helping your nervous system remember safety, your body remember home.

Report of Findings (30 minutes)

At your second visit, we create your roadmap.

I'll show you what I found - your posture patterns, nervous system state, areas where your body is holding protection. We'll talk about how this connects to your sleep, stress, cycles, capacity.

This is also where I'll offer Sacred Reclamation Sessions if you're ready for deeper embodiment work - somatic release, womb reconnection, breathwork practices.

You choose how deep you want to go. I meet you where you are.

Regular Care (10-15 minutes)

Once you're in care, your adjustments are intentional and efficient.

Each visit builds on the last. Your nervous system learns through repetition - each adjustment reinforces the pattern of safety, regulation, ease.

At visit 12, we do a comprehensive progress exam to celebrate how far you've come and refine your care moving forward.

Sacred Reclamation Sessions (60 minutes)

For women ready to go deeper.

These extended sessions combine:

  • Intentional spinal care

  • Somatic bodywork

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Womb reconnection practices

  • Cycle phase integration

  • Sacred space for whatever emerges

This is embodied reclamation. This is coming home to yourself.
