About Dr. Lauren

A young woman with long brown hair, tattoos on her arms, smiling and sitting indoors in a well-lit room.

A little about me, I love spending quiet mornings (few and far between with a toddler and new born haha) on the porch, sipping coffee and reading. I enjoy learning new skills, my newest endeavor being crochet. I like to read books, specifically chiropractic philosophy, cute romances, or if I’m feeling crazy, fantasy fiction. My family is super important to me and I love spending time with them!

The most important “about me”is my chiropractic “why”.

I was born via unplanned C-Section, setting the stage for nervous system dysregulation in my life. Starting in kindergarten, I experienced panic attacks- which were written off by medical doctors as just a phase. Fast forward to my adulthood, I had debilitating anxiety- to the point where I was having to miss work, didn’t want to drive alone at night, or be alone in general. After the medical system failed me once again, with pills and bandaids, chiropractic care found me. I started consistent care with Dr. James Peterson in Springfield, and my life changed. I switched my educational path from PA to chiropractic and I am forever grateful that I did. No more anxiety, no more panic attacks, ability to do things that once thought were impossible. My life did a full 180 and I haven’t looked back.

I share this in hopes that it resonates with you too. There is more for you and you don’t have to live with the anxiety or symptoms that are keeping you from experiencing and living your life fully!

All my love,

Dr. L
